randis wrangler thread and a few others in here talked me into finally writing up my bronco after a year on the trail. 2021 Bronco Big Bend, four door, 2.7 EcoBoost, 29k miles, one owner. i wanted a modern rig with a removable top i could run doors off in the boise summer and still crawl the stuff out by the owyhees on the weekends.
found it on mainstreetmotortx.com after i gave up on the boise dealers, they were asking new money for used broncos with a wait list on top of it. this one was about six grand under comparable big bends up here and it came out of central texas so the underbody was clean and dry with no salt anywhere on it.
asked the corsicana lot the usual questions and they had answers, one owner, factory service records, no lift and no hard off road abuse that would scare me off. the one honest thing they flagged was the soft top had a small drip at a rear corner seal, which they said was a cheap fix and knocked a little off the price for it. i had a shop look it over before i committed and it checked out otherwise.
drove it home doors on and pulled them the first weekend it hit seventy. a year of trails later here is how the 2.7 and the soft top have actually held up, along with what the year cost me to run, for anyone shopping a used bronco for the same doors off reason.

that is the honest year. nothing broke, the drip they disclosed was a forty dollar seal kit, and buying a clean one off the corsicana lot instead of paying new bronco money up here was an easy call.
